The final GVS Staff Spotlight highlights Goddard Virtual School Teacher, Mrs. Kim Huntley. In addition to her duties at GVS, she loves hiking, reading and playing cards. Huntley enjoys providing monthly hands-on science activities for her students. Mrs. Huntley joined the USD 265 Family in the fall of 2015 as a member of the Lakeside staff. She later joined the GVS staff as a fulltime teacher in the fall of 2022. A recently-read quote from James Clear struck a cord with Huntley, "You can't change your past, but you can reframe it. Find the lesson in it. Find the opportunity in it. Pull the teachable moment out of it and share it with others. You can't choose your history, but you can choose the story you tell abou it."
